Living with Intention

January 2025

We often begin yoga class with an intention to help anchor our focus and presence.

As we ring in the new year, it’s the perfect time to embrace a fresh intention with new language.

This intention isn’t measurable to the outside world, in fact, you may be the only one who notices the shift. It’s deeply personal, based on how you wish to feel.

It might be honoring presence with loved ones, embracing your authentic self, inviting more creativity, laughter, rest, or intimacy into your life.

When we prioritize our intention, keeping it at the forefront of our minds, we awaken spiritually. We shift beyond the illusions of the ego, forging a deeper connection to our true self.

I invite you to choose and establish a guiding word that solidifies your intention– one that will align your thoughts, words, & actions.

Come back to your intention throughout your day. Let it guide your decisions both on and off the mat.  As the seed plants in our heart, watch how Living with Intention leads to growth and transformation.

With gratitude & peace,

xo, angela
